Corgi Juniors Husky Collection & Identification Guide |

This section is dedicated to the 1/64 scale diecast models made by Corgi in the Juniors , Whizzwheels and Rockets brands and also the Husky Toy models. These diecast versions were started in the early 1960s by Husky models and made in a variety of vehicle types with cast frames and plastic baseplates and wheels. In most cases, these models were not durable and often broke with minimal play. In late 1960, the Corgi Juniors replaced the Husky brand and continued to use the same vehicle casting but replace the baseplate and other features with a more durable material. To compete with Matchbox Superfast and Hotwheels, in the 1970, all the Corgi Junior line was fitted with whizzeheels that made them faster and attractive. This guide has links to photos of Corgi and Husky Toy models from the early 1960 to the 1970s that were made in Great Britain. There are multiple photos per model showing different angles, highlight issue dates, variations between models, etc. for you to discover. The collection below is organized in a numerical order.
